I live in Alkimos, so if you're in the northern coastal corridor I'm probably five minutes away. But I also look after regular customers further afield — I've been doing this long enough to know a good customer is worth the drive.

I'm Angus Ashby. I live in Alkimos with my young family, in a new home we've just built and moved into — which means I'm currently living the same "how do I get this new lawn to establish properly?" question a lot of my neighbours are asking.
I'm a Green Keeper trained gardener — apprenticeship at Wembley Golf Course, then six years with Jim's Mowing before starting my own business. I know how to read a Perth lawn: the coastal sand, the reticulation quirks that come with new builds, what to feed it, when to lay off it. It's what the training was for.
Away from the mower, I teach Japanese Jujutsu from a home dojo on Sunday mornings. Same principles as gardening, really — patience, precision, respect for the craft, doing something properly rather than quickly.
Fully licensed and insured. Honest quotes. And if I say I'll be there Tuesday morning, I'll be there Tuesday morning — I live five minutes away.

Common questions
What does lawn mowing cost?
Most standard block lawn mows are between $50 and $80 per visit. I come out, look at the job, and quote honestly on the spot. No call-out fee.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days for a first visit, sometimes same-day if I'm already in your area. Message me and I'll tell you honestly what I can do.
Why Messenger or WhatsApp instead of calling?
Because I'm often on a mower and can't answer the phone straight away. If you message me, I'll reply between jobs and get back to you the same day. If you'd rather call, my number's at the bottom of the page.
